At the heart of the strategic plan is the intent to guide Rockwood from a good school district where many students are successful to a great district where every student is prepared for success. The plan provides objectives in the six goal areas identified through community input, outlines strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives and explains how the district will measure progress in the upcoming years.

This comprehensive school improvement plan will be refined, developed and updated as the district is guided by its mission, vision and core values.
